OUR PASSION
We are a group of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping people be healthy. We do that by working with solution providers and healthcare provides to find and implement unique ways to deliver better outcomes and measure those outcomes.
We are motivated to share what we have learned with those who are on the same types of journeys that we have already traveled. Over the years, we have had the benefit of learning from great mentors, putting what we learned into practice, and learning from doing. We know what works, and what doesn't. We want to share that experience with you and your team.
OUR APPROACH
GoodAscent works with companies with two areas of focus – scaling tech start-ups and designing change management strategies for healthcare providers. For tech start-ups or new ventures in larger organizations, GoodAscent takes growth targets, builds a path to success, and supports execution on what is often a challenging journey. For those who want to innovate in healthcare delivery, GoodAscent works cross-functionally within the organization to align goals, identify solutions, connect with industry collaborations, execute your strategy, and develop metrics to measure outcomes.
Each engagement starts with understanding the desired destination (outcome), identifying the optimal technology to make the journey most efficient, defining compelling messaging, and then finding those individuals who can most benefit from what you deliver. That journey might be a tech company with a good idea who is finding it challenging to grow their business.
